"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

لم يكن بعض الموظفين على المستوى المطلوب من البشاشة وحسن الإستقبال مقارنة بمستوى الفندق ومستواه العالمى كما بقي لى مال وعدونى برده عند الخروج ولم يفعلوا حتى لحظة كتابة هذه السطور

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

الاستقبال لم يكن بحفاوة و سألتنا هل نشرب الكحول قلنا لا فقالت ليس لدي ضيافه سوى الكحول وهذا أمر سيئ لماذا لم تقدم لنا عصير أو حتى ماء ،والعشاء لم يكن بوفيه كان بالطلب من المنيو .

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

If butter is served cold and honey is included, then it will become better.

"قربه من المطار و لايحتاج طائرة، وجود موظفين عرب في كل الاقسام للأهتمام بالعرب كذلك نظام الفيلا فوق الماء جميل جدا و متكامل توفير الدرجات و كذلك النقل عن طريق البقي عند الطلب. شكر خاص و عميق للسيدة حسناء المسئولة عن خدمتنا طوال المدة حتى في يوم اجازتها الاسبوعية كانت حريصة على الأطمنان على ان كل الامور تسير على مايرام."

منطقة المنتجع غير غنية بالشعب المرجانية و هذا نظرا لموقعها و لكن يوفروا رحلات جميلة و بسعر معقول و اشكر الاخ علي وسام في قسم المغامرات و الترفية

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.
