"A wonderful hotel that makes you sleep with peace of mind. A warm reception and a smile on their faces. The breakfast is good. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend it to you. The room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV that only has Tunisian channels. There are no movie channels. This is the point.I don't like it. I want all the channels on the TV. Wi-Fi in every room. Good. The security guard is cheerful. Thank you."

I just didn't like the breakfast. I don't want eggs with onions. Everyone is free to eat what they want.

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

نقص بعض الإنارة بالغرفة و الشارع الذي يوجد فيه الفندق صعب الوصول إليه نوعا ما و غير معبّد

"خيار مناسب لمن يبحث عن هوستيل في هيلسنكي بجانب الهوستيل توجد نقطة توقف للترام موقع مناسب موظفات الاستقبال كانوا رائعات شكراً للعامل ازاد من بنغلايش و الاخ الباكستاني الذي في المطعم."

بعض النزلاء يستخدمون التواليت بشكل سيء لأنها مشتركة و خارج الغرف و في كل طابق فقط 2 تواليت، 3 شاور

لا يمكنني استخدام المطبخ للطبخ كان شيئا غريبا بالنسبة لي دورة المياه كانت بها رائحة غريبة ولكن ليست مزعجة كثيرا

"everything was super clean, the facilities were great, and there were plenty of sinks and bathrooms so you never had to wait for ages to get ready. the fact there is a sauna was an amazing bonus. beds super comfy with super fresh new white sheets - felt like I should've been paying way more. Location is great - most places in the city walkable within 30mins, and a five minute walk away from central station so really easy to use public transport"
