"A highly recommended place. Before you arrive, they will give you all the information on how to get there There is a kitchen where you can cook and wash clothes in good hygiene conditions. They will also help you as much as possible. I lost something before I left, and he helped me find it back! The only downside is that you're a litte far away from the center, but everything else is perfect.and the ower speak very good english .."

"Very clean and tidy. The hosts Eegii and Mrs T were a lovely couple, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The reception lady was incredibly polite and cheerful. Filtered coffee and tea are always available. The hotel also has a fully equipped small kitchen where I and Janlav, a very friendly guy I met there, were able to cook fresh horse meat and try it for the first time. I had an amazing experience staying here."

What I notice first is how the hotel staff treats customers and how diligently they go to help them with any of their enquiries. When their service is so excellent, I overlook some minor flaws in the hotel facilities.

"The staff were all lovely, my phone had broken and we went the day before just to check that's where id booked. So helpful. Any hoo was really well surprised in a good way, the room had a minibar, tv ,nice big shower charging points etc but the price was fab, 52 dollars for the 2 of us . well chuffed. The only downsize was it was further away from the bus station , but obviously that's not their fault. Felt very comfortable there and found the staff were friendly and helpful. Also they can change small amounts of dollars to mat with a good rate. If i was going to Mongolia again i would defo stay here."

nothing, everything was really good. they had a restaurant as well , but sadly we were leaving so early in the morning for the flight home couldn't try breakfast.
