Horários de check in e check out muito limitados. Porém não atrapalha a estadia no geral, já que os funcionários têm uma boa comunicação e alternativas.

"The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything you could need. It even had a washing machine, dryer, and capsule coffee machine. Staying here was very comfortable."

The only downside was that we encountered two issues during our stay (both under normal use): - The power went out while someone was using a hairdryer during cooking. If the power system is sensitive, guests should be informed in advance. We managed to restore the power ourselves. - The smoke alarm was triggered even though we were just cooking normally and had the range hood on, so it might be too sensitive. We resolved both issues on our own but later reported them to the property management. However, no one answered the phone when we called at the time of the incident, which is something that could be improved.

"Beautiful setting, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Nice long dinning table to accommodate celebratory dinners. The villa had sound system and a projector. The hosts were so helpful and organised a lovely Icelandic bbq dinner for us. They responded to all my questions in the lead up to our stay."

The furniture in the living room could be elevated a bit to make it feel more high end. The bench could be replaced.

We had to change our plans several times due to unforeseen issues, and our host was unbelievably flexible and accommodating every step of the way. The downside is the large number of insects. You have to remember to buy wood to heat the water in the jacuzzi; there are no shops nearby.
