"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! "The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

I thought there would be bikes for us to use however there were only 4 and 1 was a child’s which was too small.

"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

Having to leave it.

"Stunning views close to the beach. I loved the house it was equipped with a modern kitchen and AC in the living room. The owners were so kind and provided a thorough explanation of the grounds."

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

"This property is in a stunning location and perfect for a winter stay. The whole property is phenomenally well equipped and very tasteful. Photos do not do it justice. Be prepared however - you will need a car (or arrange other transport) if you want to go anywhere including a local shop (in Lyngseidat) - we knew this and had organised other transport but do your research!!"
