"The location was excellent and very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment itself was very spacious. Overall, the place was really good and we enjoyed our stay."

The cleanliness of the kitchen area was disappointing. There were dirty dishes with coffee stains left in the cupboard, which suggests the kitchen had not been properly checked after the previous guests. Basic items such as a kitchen towel were also missing. Most of the lights in the living room were not working. Only one light in the kitchen functioned, and the lamps did not work either. There was also no lighting available in the bedroom, which made the space difficult to use at night. In addition, Wi-Fi was neither offered nor available at the accommodation. While we did not specifically ask about it in advance, it is generally an expected amenity and would have been helpful during our stay.

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

بالنسبة لمواقف السيارات يوجد زحمة من الساعة ٨ ص إلى الساعة ٣ م و الحي يكون مزدحم بالسيارات ومن الممكن يتم وقوف السيارات أمامك أو خلفك ولا تستطيع إخراج سيارتك ولكن أصحاب الشقة أخبروني طريقة لركن سيارتي تجنباً لإغلاق السيارات الأخرى عليها علما أنه من بعد الساعة ٣ م الشوارع تكون خالية من السيارات وتستطيع ركن سيارتك أمام العمارة ملاحظة أخبروني بأنه يتم إغلاق باب العمارة في الساعة ١٢ ص علماً أن هذا الأمر لا يهمني لأنني أكون في الشقة قبل الساعة ١٢ص ولكن للفايدة للمستأجرين

The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."
