"Location is outstanding for where I need to be. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I particularly like the balcony."

"There’s a permanent nightlight that was impossible to turn off. Morning light was impossible to block out. Curtains need replacing and walls scuffed. Also buffet eggs were cold every day."

"The hotel location was very convenient, close to the met and busy areas. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The service and kindness of the staff was amazing. I travelled alone with my 1 year old baby boy, and they provided all the necessary equipment; baby cot, bottle steriliser, special baby foam/shampoo. They also upgraded us to a bigger room so that the cot was accommodated appropriately. The stay and experience was absolutely fantastic. Thanks for the great welcoming and accommodation."

"The room was exceptional. We stayed on level M. Great facilities, friendly staff that spoke English as well as Chinese. Complementary coffee and snacks available in the restaurant. The lovely stuff held our bags on our final day while we ventured into the city for some sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel"
