"Excellent location, opposite the bus station. Our room was large, a bit outdated but fine for us. The staff didnt speak any English but we all got by with hand signals. They kindly stored our backpacks for a few hours as we were early. Restaurant nearby. Would recommend."

"Wonderful little hotel right across from the bus station. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Spacious room with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. For the price this place is great and the benefits outweigh the negatives."

"Bathroom is dated with no shower curtain. I only received a stack of hand towels - no large towel to dry off after my shower. There was a mildly unpleasant smell coming from the drain. Although it was not an issue for me, guests should know that rooms were 4 flights of stairs up with no elevator."

"Place is run by a family, the host did not speak English, but it was not a problem for them to communicate :) They had written cards to provide information. Super friendly, we dropped our bags before check in and left them there after check out while exploring the area. Super good location, very central street, rental bike shops and restaurants available around, also, 3min from bus station, so perfect if you are on your way to another location in Taiwan. Overall great experience."
