"It is exactly like the pictures and the description. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its views. Location is excellent, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes from the action while being on a quiet street... 2 good restaurants at the bottom of the block. It really feels like home! "Alfred was kind enough to let us leave our bags when we arrived early in the morning whilst he was cleaning and added an extra bed without extra charge as promised. The condo is located within walking distance to the interesting places so we didn't have to take the Tuk Tuk every time. In general we were happy with the accommodation and would definitely go back if we get the chance in the future. Thank you very much Alfred!"

"Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung, mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Zentrale Lage, ein paar Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und den netten Vermieter-Paar sagen wir Danke! Wir kommen bald wieder!"

"Midden in patong met prachtige uitzichten over de zee. Mooi appartementencomplex. Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Superaardige gastheer Alfred en zijn vrouw. Mocht zelfs laat uitchecken omdat de volgende gasten later arriveerden"

"Нам очень понравилась студия, в которой мы провели замечательный отпуск! Спасибо за радушный прием Альфреду! Все рассказал, показал что как работет, где что включать). Квартира расположена на 9 этаже (лифт работает исправно) и с балкона открывается замечательный вид на Патонг и море! Квартира чистая и оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания (тостер, чайник, электрическая кастрюля, столовые принадлежности). Телевизор транслирует НТВ. Кондиционер работает хорошо и тихо. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. Кровать удобная, по крайней мере для меня). Локация дома замечательная. До моря пешком минут 10, рядом в доме отличная массажная студия по хорошей цене и качеству массажа. В этом же доме ( где массаж) очень приятный ресторан "Кремсир". На Патонге отдыхаем не первый раз и всегда с удовольствием посещаем его. Очень рекомендую. В 2х минутах магазины 7/11. Вечерами тихо и спокойно! Однозначно вернемся в эту замечательную квартиру!"
