"I thought the staff was friendly and readily available by whatsapp. The location was close to a lot of things like stores and eateries and quite walkable. Any issues we had were quickly addressed or any questions were answered like suggestions for restaurants near by and such. We had a language barrier but they were very kind and patient about it. Thanks to all the staff!"

"Staff were really helpful and kind, helping us find the Gare Routiere and sending the location of the hotel itself. Ziguinchor is a small town anyway but everything was in walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money"
