لم يكن بعض الموظفين على المستوى المطلوب من البشاشة وحسن الإستقبال مقارنة بمستوى الفندق ومستواه العالمى كما بقي لى مال وعدونى برده عند الخروج ولم يفعلوا حتى لحظة كتابة هذه السطور

عدم سهولة التواصل مع الادارة وبعيدة ويجب ان تكون هناك خدمة اميرجينسي للضرورة قريب من الشاليهات مثلا كرت ما يشتغل او مشكلة يرجى حلها بسرعة ضروف طارئة مثلا لكن في كل وقت اتجه للادارة اول الشاليه درب وغير جيد الشاليه ما فيه مصعد مع انه مسجل الشاليه ما فيه مكرويف مع انه مسجل

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."
