주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

The balcony door at room 3503 needs to be fixed

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"قربه من المطار و لايحتاج طائرة، وجود موظفين عرب في كل الاقسام للأهتمام بالعرب كذلك نظام الفيلا فوق الماء جميل جدا و متكامل توفير الدرجات و كذلك النقل عن طريق البقي عند الطلب. شكر خاص و عميق للسيدة حسناء المسئولة عن خدمتنا طوال المدة حتى في يوم اجازتها الاسبوعية كانت حريصة على الأطمنان على ان كل الامور تسير على مايرام."

منطقة المنتجع غير غنية بالشعب المرجانية و هذا نظرا لموقعها و لكن يوفروا رحلات جميلة و بسعر معقول و اشكر الاخ علي وسام في قسم المغامرات و الترفية

"لقد جعل فريق العمل من ايامي لحظات استثنائية منذ لحظة دخولي الى المنتجع الى لحظة خروجي لقد كان كل شئ افضل من ما يمكن توقعه ،، الترحيب و التعامل و الاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة هوه اجمل ما يقدمة البشر لبعضهم لقد غمروني بكل حب و ترحيب و ود و تعاون شعرت اني بأفضل ما يكون ، اثاث الفندق و المناظر الخلابة كل شي ممتاز جدا جودة الطعام كان متميزة جدا ( انصح كل من يرغب بتجربة فريدة زيارة هذا المكان )"

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"Everything was perfect : - the environnement is beautiful - the bungalows are spacious and with all comfort needed (except the cold shower) - the team is very sweet and welcoming - the food is delicious and generous"

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.
