"The location is great, much nicer, more relaxing in Bethlehem than Jerusalem. Staff were great, the front desk and breakfast staff etc. Hotel itself and rooms very nice. Highly recommend to stay here."

"Breakfast was excellent -- good choice -- full Palestinian breakfast with good coffee. I really liked the location. About 10 min walk from Nativity Square on a side street away from the touristy area. Local neighbourhood is Palestinian, not touristy,and has everything you need.As well, it is close (700m) to the bus stop for the 231 bus to Jerusalem. My room was on the street side, and it was quiet after about 9 pm. Back side of building even quieter. I very much liked that it was a family run hotel. the owners were kind, welcoming, and did everything they could to make sure I felt at home. They are facing enormous challenges in the current economic / political situation, but their Palestinian hospitality shines through as well as their graciousness. Huge respect for them."

"Good location, within a few minutes walk from Nativity Church and Bethlehem centre. Average room, quite dark, which is an advantage in the summer time. Everything worked OK. There is a small parking across the street that guests can use. There was a kettle in the room too with some tea and coffee available"

"The location is fantastic. It is close enough to the Church of the Nativity to walk there. The staff is really wonderful at the hotel as well. The breakfast there was simple, but sufficient."

"Τα πάντα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό. Το λόμπι ήταν ευρύχωρο και σου έκανε κέφι να καθήσεις. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ευρύχωρο. Βρίσκεται σε 'στρατηγικό' σημείο της πόλης, μακριά από την πολλή φασαρία της αγοράς και απέχει μόνο δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία. Το πρωινό του ήταν καλό (γενικά δεν τρώω πρωινό, εγώ έμεινα ευχαριστημένος). Για όσους έρχονται με λεωφορείο από την Ιερουσαλήμ, μπορεί κανείς να πάει με τα πόδια από την τελευταία στάση του λεωφορείου μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο ακόμα και με τα πόδια. Το συνιστώ ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ για κάθε εποχή του χρόνου. Το ίντερνετ ήταν γρήγορο. Απ' ό,τι κατάλαβα, το ξενοδοχείο ανήκει σε οικογένεια και ήταν όλοι πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν στα πάντα χωρίς "να σε πνίγουν" με προτάσεις και προσφορές. Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα. Νομίζω ότι βρήκα το ξενοδοχείο που μου ταιριάζει στην Βηθλεέμ. Να πάτε, μην το σκέφτεστε. Εξαιρετική επιλογή πραγματικά."

"Όλα μου άρεσαν. Ένα πράγμα να προσέξετε μόνο. Στην Βηθλεέμ υπάρχουν πολλά ξενοδοχεία που περιέχουν τη λέξη 'SHEPHERD'. Η διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου είναι Jamal Abdel Nasser ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΜΠΕΡΔΕΨΕΤΕ ΜΕ ΑΛΛΑ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΑ. Αυτό είναι το tip που νομίζω ότι πρέπει να ξέρετε. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος σε όλα και θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα"
