"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Every thing, the private check-in/out, a la carte breakfast, cocktails dinner. Staffs were excellent, approachable and helpful. Modern facilities at close proximity to everywhere that we need to go in district 1. Beautiful swimming pool. We used the pool and sauna every day."

Nothing. Thank you Sofitel for a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back and stay here when we're in HCM city again next time.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

الموقف معقده ولكنها مجانيه ، يجب ان تحتفظ في كرت السياره وان تذهب الى الاستقبال في كل مره تريد الخروج بالسياره لا يوجد هوز في الحمام ولكن يوفرون لك بديل شطاف ( حسب الامكانيه )

"- Great location, just a short 10 minute walk to Port Hercule. Also located next to a underpass with travellators which leads you to and from Monaco train station which is perfect. - 10 minute walk to a big underground supermarket - Friendly staff - Room fine, had everything needed - Breakfast fine. Small pastries, bread, selection of yoghurts, cheese, ham, juices and coffee.,"

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."
