"Very good hotel in Guadalajara. A good swimming pool. Clean room and good location and a good restaurant in the hotel. They kept my stuff in the fridge."

"Breakfast and location are great. Staff were very helpful, esp calling me afterwards to let me know they had mistakenly (Booking?) charged for 2 nights and are now giving me a credit for my next stay."

"Me querían cobrar extra porque me comentaron que éramos 3 adultos ya que mi hijo de 15años dijeron que contaba como adulto, cuando desde un inicio en la reservación se especificó las edades de mis hijos. Aunque al final si me respetaron el precio de mi reservación."

"Que bueno que hicieron caso a los comentarios, eso habla bien de los responsables de esos cambios. La alberca estaba calientita y SUPER limpia. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, todos fueron muy atentos y amables a pesar de que estaban saturados."
