"I liked everything! It was great! Both the hotel and the parking were guarded 24 hours a day - it was safe! The staff was friendly! The breakfasts were simple but delicious! The room was clean! The hotel is actually much better than in the photos! The location is great!"

"It's located right around the corner from the bustling Avenida Revolución, which hosts a wide array of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. Also, it was a block away from the venue I was playing at. Loved the parking. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good TV programming available in English. They kept it up nicely after over a decade when I last stayed there"

"The bus boys, waiting, bar & cleaning staff couldn't do enough"

"Front of house staff very unhelpful & unwelcoming. As this is the first contact they should have more manners & be more welcoming. We asked where the gym/sauna was but weren't told which lift to take us to that floor. Weren't told when we arrived that our superior room had only a window onto corridor where people passing so had to keep curtains closed. I asked to change room with outside window."

"Lovely spacious room with low level of street noise. Enjoyed the facilities and quietness. East to get taxi to or from and to walk to some restaurants and shops. Would stay again"

"On my stay October 30, room 625 there were no towel's in the room. On my next stay Nov. 2, room 603, the toilet seat was on the floor."
