"Beautiful hotel, so peaceful and perfect for pictures - Great food and onsite activities (yoga, ariel acrobat, sound bath, ceremonies etc) - Free access to nearby Tulum beach jungle gym - Great location with many food options - Front desk really help with many things"

"Service a little slow at time (waiting 1 hour for breakfast for example) - unable to call uber or outside taxis, hotel taxis massively overpriced - had to ask for full room cleaning"

"The hotel is fantastic! Near the beach with very beautiful landscapes. The beach parties are nice and you don't have to go far to enjoy the magic of Tulum. There are many restaurants and shops. The hotel beaches are very clean and the reception staff is friendly."

"Hotel location is great, walking distance to many great restaurants. You can access the beach, yoga facility and hotel restaurant bare foot from your room easily. Breakfast/Lunch menu at the hotel was awesome, we tasted different things everyday and enjoyed a lot. Staff and Yoga teachers were very friendly and helpful., Starting the day with yoga every morning was energizing and relaxing. Massage services on the beach were another way to further relax."

"As a family of 4, we had to book 2 separate "garden view" rooms as we couldn't find a suitable size room for 4 of us. We requested to have 2 rooms next to each other however, when we arrived, they said the rooms are not next to each other. Eventually they were able to arrange 2 rooms, one garden view and the other top level of the garden view. Top level room was much better than the garden view room. Garden view room was not garden view at all. It was looking to a wall and super dark. While other garden view rooms had hammock ours didn't have one. Biggest downside of staying at this hotel was the noise level until 1am in the morning every night (loud night club music coming from Vagalume which is next to the hotel). It is such a conflict to stay at a peaceful hotel and expect to sleep with the sound of waves but instead impossible to sleep due to night club music."

"Ahau is located on the beachfront within walking distance from various restaurants, bars, beach clubs and stores - the beach is pristine with soft white sand and clear blue ocean! The rooms are clean with comfy beds, the restaurant makes the most amazing food, mezcalitas and the staff are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying at Ahau again on my next visit to Tulum!🙌🏼"

"Slightly torn, neighbor hotel about 10 feet from our location had an all night "Moon party", cranking DJ music until 1am, but honestly, if we weren't whipped from a full day, it would have probably been fun to join! Incredible property. Did have water cut off one morning causing some hiccups, but it was repaired in short order."

"Très beau petit resort avec cabanes dans une petite jungle tranquille. Super bien placé, près de beaux et bons restaurants. Les installations, mobilier / Coussins extérieurs commencent à avoir de l'âge. C'est un style bohème chic rustique, faut en être conscient. Le service est super mais pourrait être plus rapide au restaurant. Le service de bar avec Carlos à la plage et Jorge au bar du lobby le soir était super! La chambre était magnifique avec une douche extérieure. Oui il y a des moustiques (maringouins) mais avec du chasse moustique, c'est super de pouvoir prendre le café le matin à l'extérieur avec une belle vue partielle sur la.mer avec une bonne brise! On a bien aimé malgré le prix!"

"Les prix pourraient être moins cher. C'est devenu exorbitant de prendre un Mezcalitas ou une Marguerita à 320 pesos (25$ canadien) sur la plage. On est conscient que c'est "touristique" mais les prix, même pour un café sont trop élevés."
