"Perfectly located place, is like a big studio but the set up makes it feel more than a one bedroom flat. Right neat all facilities, clean, and well equipped. I particularly appreciated the washing machine and the fast wifi. I think is ideal for both short and longer stays for one person or a couple."

"The central heating that cannot be regulated, but this is common in many flats in Ulaanbaatar and the solution is usually opening more windows. Also, it is on a second floor and no elevator, which can be tricky for people with reduced mobility (the building is old but the flat is renovated)."
