"I stayed here after I had done a 12 day tour trough Mongolia. I just needed a room and shower for myself, since I didn’t have that for over a month (I was traveling elsewhere before the 12 day tour). I stayed 2 nights and the bed was super comfortable! The whole place is nice and clean and very close to a market where they sell everything for very cheap. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk from the central square. The lady was very nice and let me stay a bit longer on the day I had to check out, which was really helpful for me. Thanks again!"

"Die Lage ist sehr gut und es ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Man hat Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine oder kann auch den Kühlschrank brauchen, was praktisch ist. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen."

"Perfect for a stay before a flight, no city traffic on the way to the airport. Vlean and quiet. Got a room to myself. Good ramyon bar for an easy dinner. They prepared (amazing and fresh!!) Breakfast 2,5 hours early for me. Nice staff."

"Large, clean, spacious apartment right in the heart of the city. Lots of eateries and stores everywhere. Anand was the perfect host. We had a car and parking is tricky in the UB city center, but Anand took us to a very safe and easily accessible parking spot that made moving our car in the chaos of the city easy and convenient."

"The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy, and everything looked brand new, including the washing machine, which was a huge plus during our trip. We were checked in right on time, and the hosts were kind and very helpful with everything we needed. The room had all the essentials and more: toiletries, slippers, a hairdryer, even iron we didn’t need to buy a single thing. The kitchenette was fully equipped, and we appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and dishes."

"I attended a convention and it is walking distance from Shangri la Ulaanbaatar. The apartment is spacious and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Smart toilet on every bathroom. There are 3 beds and a huge sofa bed. There were several towels and robes good for our stay. Bathing essentials were also available. Slippers provided too. Security of the apartment is excellent. Value for money."
