"Pool had just been finished so while very nice the surroundings still needed to be tidied up. Then would be perfect!"

"Absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants, surrounded by stunning nature. Our host Amila was generous and helpful - offering advice, tuk tuk rides, showing us the best places on the beach. So may thoughtful details in the home to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!"

"The villa has everything you could possibly require, including a kitchen and even a fridge in the bedroom! Excellent breakfast included at the restaurant across the road, where we also had dinner. Beautiful gardens and all immaculately looked after. Our early morning kayak on the lagoon was magical and we saw a turtle laying eggs late at night on the beach."

"Villa is amazing. Very clean, cozy. It has a big terrace and garden. Breakfast is the best that we tried in Sri-Lanka. 5 minutes walk to the rekawa turtle beach. Owner is hospitable and helpful. Very good place."

"Pleasant villa with a nice garden and large kitchen. Great for a families tired of hotel rooms. Also its 5 minutes walk from Rekawa Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby so you dont have to bring food to cook. The owner can also help you with a great place to eat breakfast right across the road."

"Overall really good. Its not a luxury villa or anything, and its pretty low-key but a nice, quiet place. You have to pay extra if you want A/C."

"This homestay was great in a quiet and peaceful location. The family were lovely and very accommodating. The room was extremely clean and bathroom was great. Owner dropped us into town a few times with his tuk tuk for free and the breakfast was amazing!!! He also arranged whale watching tour for us for 10,000 rupees which is much cheaper than buying tickets normally!"
