"Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. A very large garden away from all traffic and noise. Peace and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to one of the best beaches anywhere. Plenty of small restaurants nearby. A great place to relax."

"The host was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I mentioned that I would like hot water to make coffee and he went and purchased a new kettle for my use. Only 10 minutes walk from an amazing deserted beach. 5km from town. Restaurants within walking distance. Great location. Would return again."

"Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein paar ganz tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Rollervermietung möglich (Areal ist sehr weitläufig). Staff sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Preis-Leistung top!"

"Moskitonetz leider mit kleinen Löchern, sollten mal ersetzt werden. Hatte jedoch keine Probleme mit Stichen."

"Der Besitzer ist extrem zuvorkommend und super nett. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, außerdem betreibt er mit seiner Familie noch ein kleines Restaurant in der Nähe vom silentbeach, welches ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und preiswert ist."

"Bardzo miły, pomocny, uczynny właściciel przywitał nas dobrą herbatą, doradzi, pomoże, prowadzi wypożyczalnie skuterów, duży przestronny ośrodek z 3 bungalowami, spaliśmy w bardzo przestronnym pokoju z bardzo dużą łazienką i pomieszczeniem garderoby. Duże wygodne łóżka z moskitierą. Blisko na plażę."

"We had the pleasure of staying with a truly wonderful and friendly host who even spoke very good German with us, which made our stay even more special and personal. The room was absolutely incredible — without a doubt one of the cleanest rooms we had during our entire trip. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Our host fulfilled every wish we had and was always helpful and attentive. The garden is absolutely stunning and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We loved it so much that we extended our stay - even after we officially checked out at 12 a.m., he allowed us to spend the whole day by his amazing pool. We swam and relaxed there until the evening, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake behind the property. The ambiance is simply fantastic, calm and stylish, and the location is perfect — you can reach the town quickly and easily. We highly recommend this place to everyone. An absolutely amazing stay!"

"The property is really beautiful and located on top of a hill, offering a lovely view of Kandy city below. Early in the morning you can also enjoy the sunrise and watch the fog covering the mountains, which makes the place feel very peaceful. The stay is located a little higher up, so you may need to walk up a small path to reach it. However, tuk-tuks are easily available at any time if you prefer not to walk. Personally, I enjoyed hiking up the path to the property as it added to the experience. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay relaxing. The staff were very kind and polite. However, they could have been a bit more proactive in helping guests, especially by asking about breakfast arrangements for the next morning. I had to remind them to arrange it. When travellers are busy exploring or arriving late, they might easily miss mentioning this, so it would be helpful if the staff checked with guests in advance."
