It’s the kind of place where you can simply sit back and relax without needing to do anything else — nature at its finest. Although I had a few issues in the room, the staff responded immediately and resolved everything, even though it was quite late. Their quick action and helpful attitude really made a difference. "I was traveling with my niece and stayed here on 25th. The staff was very supportive and offered us a two option to select a room as I requested for a twin bed room which didn't had a great view as there was a construction ongoing. Then they suggested another room which had an amazing view of Puna Ella, Kotmale reservoir and the breathtaking mountain view. We could enjoy a nice sunset scenery as well. Food was good. Will go there again."
