"The location is perfect for skiing. You can literally ski straight down the side of the building and be on the runs. The place was clean and comfortable."

"The whole digital keys thing was handy, however the website the keys were on felt slightly unreliable - if you didn’t have wifi or service then you wouldn’t be able to access your keys. The service around the area isn’t great either so having a physical key alongside the digitals would’ve felt better. The unstaffed aspect was also a bit strange and made the place feel very empty and eery for a hotel. There are staff there in the morning however during breakfast time. The one interaction we overhead a staff member having with a guest was an argument which didn’t create the most pleasant atmosphere. Another aspect we struggled with was the luggage storage. On their site it explained that luggage could be stored down the side of the hotel. We didn’t realise this basically meant outside in plain site. Despite the area feeling extremely safe, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bags there. Considering you can’t physically enter the hotel without your digital keys, which you can’t use until 3pm, there should be a better luggage storage process. We ended up having to leave our bags inside the front door. Overall we had a lovely stay but there were just a few aspects that felt a bit strange."

"I almost was locked out when my battery to phone and app went flat and not allow me in. App was bit of work to set up, but completed as expected, but was harder to share then explain to the other person, when share key access. Other than that I did like the operation of the app."

"We booked for 5 people and the family room was very comfortable for all of us. Comfy bed and the view from the balcony was beautiful"

"The bathroom was very comfortable. I liked the balcony and the location. Electric kettle waa very useful for preparing tea and coffee. Bed and bed staff was extremly comfortable."

"During the online checking process was not clear how to use the digital keys. I tried to ring the dooe bell but there was no answer and call the contact number but it was an automatic recorder. Finally i was able to get clear instruction via email, but all this trouble was frustrating and took more than half an hour in the cold rainy wheather in front of the entrance door. The breakfast was offered very high price so we did not pay for it."
