"الاستقبال مرحبين ومبتسمين والفندق نظيف ..اخذته ليلة للراحة ..شكرا جزيلا للسيدة في الاستقبال التى عملت upgrade للغرفة كانت كبيرة وبلكونة جميلة مطلة على الجبل ..تحياتي وتقديري لكل طاقم العمل وخاصة السيدة بالريسبشن والسيد اللي بالمطعم نشيط جدا ومبتسم.."

"الموقع غاية في الجمال والروعه حيث يقع الفندق فوق قمم الجبال الشاهقة الارتفاع والامطار المستمره في الهطول ليل نهار . الموظفين جدا ودودين بالذات إليزابيث وسارا ومعهم رجل لا أعرف اسمه مودب جدا ومحترم ."

"لايوجد تكييف في الغرف . لايوجد غلاية ماء وكذلك لايوجد شطاف. لايوجد هوايات في دورات المياه مما سبب وجود رايحه غير مستحيه."

"الفندق قريب من التلفربك اوتديره عائلة ..ا للي يوديك للقمة ومنها تقدر تشوف حدود النمسا والمانيا المكان بارد حتى ف الصيف ..سكنا فشهر يونيو والحرارة ق الليل توصل 10 ْس. الموضفين ودودين ويساعدوك ..بس ما يفهموت انجليزي يطلاقة ..والافطار جميل ومرتب"

"الغرف ضيقة نوعاً ما وكان حظنا لغرفة ما فيها اطلالة .. لا تتوفر مكواة ولا ثلاجة في الفندق..وممرات الفندق ضيقة"

"A lovely and cosy hotel suitable for all kinds of travellers, including families. We visited during the off-season (late October) and there were very few guests. Everything in Malbun was calm and relaxed, though I can imagine the hotel and town being much livelier and busier in the summer and winter. The pool, saunas, outdoor whirlpool, and children’s playgrounds were all lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. They even offered EV-charging (16A) but only for one car at a time. The breakfast and restaurant food were good. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!"

"The staff, the most comfy bed ever, the breakfast, the location right beside chairlift, the sauna, the outside jacuzzi, the restaurant. The manager (owner?) was lovely and very helpful."

"The setting/location of the hotel is fabulous. Staff were very helpful/friendly. Room was basic but had everything we needed (bed/pillows were very comfortable) Delicious breakfast with lots of variety"

"Our room was next to whirlpool and gondola… little noisy. Pillows were uncomfortably soft and useless. Little stiff neck next morning. Slightly pricey restaurant. Interior design in room felt little bland and dated."

"The spa is amazing and really nice, the swimming pool too, and the place is great in general! The food at the hotel is good but slightly overpriced, however the breakfast was amazing!"

"October 2025 We stayed here in October 2025 as part of a European road trip celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a number of hotels in Austria, Italy and Germany, but tiny Liechtenstein stole the crown as THE best hotel on this tour. From the amazingly friendly and warm staff- the owner, the admin and waiting staff- all were just soooo good. The food was absolutely divine, I highly recommend the Milbüner Rösti for dinner! They even provided a room upgrade upon hearing that it was our wedding anniversary. We didn’t want to leave the bed- by far the most comfortable sleep in a long time. Then of course was the environment around the hotel. The mountains, the air, the discount on the cable car. We wish we’d planned to spend more time in Malbun. Well done to the team."

"Everything was amazing! Very beautiful surrounding, easy to to get there by car and easy and free parking. Super wellness facilities, which was not why we chose the hotel, but we really enjoyed it! Very clean and calm. The whole hotel felt very luxurious for the price. Restaurant was expensive but the food was worth it. Breakfast was also really good. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the room to the mountains was incredible"

"The absolutely negative thing was that some things were lacking in the breakfast. We came before 9 (it closes at 10), and some things were emptied and they didn't refill. Even getting a cup of tea took extra requests. This is a small detail. But for an expensive hotel, hot water for tea and enough all kinds of food should not be an issue."
