"فندق راقي و الكادر أرقى وبالأخص أنسه جنى . الله يحفضهم جميعا ( 24 ساعه متاوجدين و مبتسمين 😁) كانت اقامتي جيده جدا و عائلتي مرتاحه في الفندق و موقعه جيد لكونه قريب من مدينة العاب بيروت و قريب من مطعم المناره و قريب من شاطئ الروشة و عند زيارتي التاليه الى بيروت بكل تأكيد ستكون اقامتي في نفس الفندق"

"بصراحة كل شي كان فوق الممتاز انا بنزل فنادق كتير في لبنان وغير لبنان اول مره اشوف راحة زاي دي وامشي مبسوط من كل حاجة كده من الفيو والنظافه وجميع المواظفين والسعر كل شي جميل بجد انصائح بي لي اي حد ناوي ينزل منطقه المنارة او الروشه او الحمراء مفيش احسن من كده ودي شهادة حق شكرا جدا جدا لادارة الاوتيل 🙏💖"

"This hotel has very good location and family room we got was massive with lots of space. Staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful and housekeeping immaculate. Beds are very comfortable though seem very bouncy but we all slept well."

"The kitchen and bathrooms are very very old and even though kept tidy and clean they still looked dirty( they are very very old). The salty water in the water taps - but this is something we’ve experienced all over Lebanon. Hotel in despair for refurbishment but I guess it’s location and value for money and how clean hotel rooms are kept makes us look pass this."

"The AC turned off at night and wouldn’t turn on automatically. This meant that I had to wake up turn it on then go back to sleep"

"The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Janna was very lovely and her colleague behind reception also, they made me feel looked after and at home. It was a bargain for the amount of space in the room and the facilities. The reception is very clean and spacious. Parking is accommodating and the location was excellent."
