"الاستجابه من قبل الموظفين لخدمه الغرف اقل من المتوقع حيث تعطل الشحن لجهاز التدفئه في دوره المياه ولم يتم اعاده شحنه لمده 3 ايام"

"مكان الاقامة كموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات محطة المترو المطاعم الحلال المقاهي التسوق كل شي تقريبا يوجد شطاف في الحمام خدمة التنظيف جدا ممتازة دفع الماء شديد في الحمام"

"قاموا بسحب كامل قيمة الاقامة كاملة عن بركنق والتي كانت 5 ايام قبل موعد الغاء الحجز 24 ساعة وهذا مخالفة لسياسة الحجز تواصلت مع بوكنق ولا اجابة فمن حقهم فقط حجز قيمة الليلة الارلى ضعف الانترنت الاثاث قديم الحمام تنبعث من رائحة احيانا لا يوجد حمل حقائب القيمة مقابل الخدمة جدا عالية الصور لا تطابق الحقيقة لا يوجد بانيوا في الحمامات الاضاءة ضعيفة التلفزيون قديم ولا يمكن ربطه مع الجوال او تشغيل اليوتيوب"

"الموقع ممتاز جدا فيه بقالات كثير قريبه من الفندق وفيه ستاربكس ومخابز وكل شي قريب ومره قريب من ميونغ دونق الموقع ممتاز جداا والغرفه واسعه وديكورها حلو وفيها جلسه"

"الغرفه كانت حاره ومانقدر نتحكم بالمكيف المفارش والمناشف مو نظيفه والغرفه الي اخذتها مليانه حشرات ونفس الحشره موجوده بالحمام انا حجزت غرفتين وحده ممتاز المكيف ونظيفه ومافيها حشرات والثانيه لا لو ارجع مره ثانيه عشان الموقع"

"Had to ask for room move because of smell coming from bathroom ( 215 second floor). Unbearable! This was done without a fuss and next room on 4th floor was great."

"Perfect location - walking distance from Namsam Park and on the doorstep of Myeongdong station where most Seoul tours pick up. Main shopping district immediately across the street. Spacious room, clean rooms, lots of bottled water provided. Cleaners always friendly. Secure quiet key cards. Warm rooms, comfy bed"

"Only one light in the room has a switch, and the bathroom light does. You can turn off one light if you fully unplug it, but the other one is behind a fixed table so the only way to turn it off is to fully remove the key card in the wall. When you do that the blue light of the key card holder flashes all night."

"Hotel location is very near to Myeongdong Station and many eateries nearby. The room is always clean and the housekeeping team are very responsive in cleaning the room."

"Breakfast spread is very minimal. It would be great if they could provide more varieties. The yogurt drink were left on the table open air, not even place in a bowl of ice to keep it chill."

"The chair in my room was clean but the upholstery was worn. It needed replacing. Minor complaint I know, but I thought it was worth mentioning. It wouldnt stop me staying there again though."

"The room is spacious and clean. I like the fact that the room key allows access only to your floor maintaining privacy. Hotel is situated right across Myeongdong shopping street amd if you are Muslim, there is a number of halal restaurants within a very short walking distance."
