"The Urban is the best place I have ever stayed in my life! You will have access to 3 different pools, all of them so beautiful. They have 2 other partnership hotels, that you can use, even on your last day, after check out (12:00). Every day you can enjoy their afternoon tea, where they serve fresh fruit and other snacks, along with a refreshing tea, starting at 3pm. The staff is beyond perfect! They always welcome you with a big smile, a wai and a fresh towel when you come from the outside. They are very friendly, caring and attentive to your needs. They have 2 refills stations for water, and provide with 2 thermos bottles for you to use during the day to keep your water cold, which was very handy, especially because I am pregnant and need to drink a lot of water. In conclusion, the place is just a dream, I would recommend to everyone!"

"the property itself is very up to date and well set out. the decoration is very nice, lovely and clean. we originally were booked in one of the budget rooms but upon arrival were kindly upgraded to a standard double, the staff were so welcoming and would stop at nothing to accommodate and constantly make sure that we were comfortable and having a nice stay. the only downside for us is that we weren’t staying longer here, the friendly staff, the delicious welcome tea, the super comfy beds with the flowers on upon arrival, the cold towels they give you when you return from being out in the heat all day… Just. Stay. Here. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay in Siem Reap so memorable and comfortable, we can’t wait to return and stay here again!"

"We stayed at The Tree (sister hotel) it was absolutely amazing the rooms were so nice and clean and the bed was so so comfy. The staff were so lovely always so friendly! We ate breakfast and lunch here and the food was delicious! The pool area was lovely too. Location was great only a 10 min walk to pub street and the night market. Would definitely recommend staying here :)"

"This is a beautiful property in the heart of Siem Reap. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. Could not compliment them enough - they went above and beyond! We were offered a welcome drink and fruit on arrival, and the services provided such as laundry were accessible and very good. We also booked a taxi from the airport through them which was quick, easy and timely. The location is perfect - quick walk to pub street and other restaurants, and easy to get a tuk tuk to museums or out to Angkor Wat. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. Free water was provided in reception. The pool area was beautiful with free towels provided. Great to use after a long day exploring temples. We did not have breakfast included, but ate there one day and it was good."

"The pool area is small and could benefit from some more sun loungers as it gets busy! The bed wasn’t made that well each day as the sheets kept coming loose over night. There were lots of geckos at the property and some managed to make their way into our room! However O think this is unavoidable and didn’t detract from a perfect stay!"
