"Great location and very helpful hosts! It was great having AC in the heat of SR. Loved that I had a balcony to smoke."

There were some hairs in the sheets and the bathroom could have been cleaner, but sometimes that's what happens when you get a great deal. Host was very responsive and changed linens immediately.

"We had a wonderful stay at Au Paradis Bleu Hotel in Kep. The manager was very kind and even helped us book some activities. The room was clean, the pool was nice and peaceful — we really loved our time there! Highly recommended — very good value for money!"

"Excellent location just 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home. There's also a cozy coffee bar downstairs, which made everything even more convenient. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"We had a lovely stay here. Setha is a warm and friendly person who has had a challenging life but has made a beautiful home for people to stay. The rooms and facilities are basic but charming because of it, and the garden area is a lovely place to relax and retreat from the city. We loved sitting on our little balcony area by the pond with a mango shake. Setha cooked for us the 3 nights we were there. We are vegetarian but it was no problem, and she cooked us 6 different meals which were all really tasty and filling - including the best curry we've had in Cambodia! She also gave us huge plates of fresh fruit from her garden with every meal. We were getting a late night bus out and Setha was really helpful with letting us store our bags and use the showers before we left. Highly recommend staying here!"

"great villa, you don't have to leave if you don't want to! pool was great - not deep so great for families with children."

unfortunately we visited during public holiday season so missed out on private chef. I would skip the massages and go into town instead. bring mosquito repellent as you will need it!
