"The room is small and needs renovation, and there is a list of the prices of things in the room if they are damaged and they are about to do so, so you feel that you are acting with restrictions for fear that something will break. The towels were very worn out and had holes in them Breakfast is not varied The behavior of the staff was not up to standard The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, it is very modest The dogs and cats roam the restaurant and drink from the swimming pool. It was disgusting to me. I don't like dogs and cats. There is a bad smell at the pool the Internet is not good The electricity goes out for a few seconds and comes back on, which is annoying, but not all the time الغرفه صغيره وتحتاج لتجديد وتوجد قائمه بأسعار الاشياء في الغرفه في حال تلفها وهي على وشك ذلك فتشعر انك تتصرف بقيود خوفا من ان ينكسر شي المناشف كانت مهترأه جداً وبها ثقوب الافطار غير متنوع تعامل الموظفين لم يكن على مستوى الفندق لا يستحق 4 نجوم فهو متواضع للغايه الكلب والقطط تتجول في المطعم وتشرب من حمام السباحه كان ذلك مقزز بالنسبه لي لا احب الكلاب والقطط توجد رائحه كريهه عند المسبح الانترنت غير جيد الكهرباء تنقطع لثواني وتعود شي مزعج ولكن ليس كل وقت"

"Staff - Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Location - Middle of the beach close to restaurants and bars. Pool - Warm pool, lots of loungers, several covered areas restricted for hotel guest use. Pool bar and restaurant - Drinks and food are excellent quality and competitively priced. Rooms - Well apportioned room with nets, curtains, and safe. Beach - Soft white sand, venture out 80m into the sea and still only be waist high. Had a couple of small niggles with our room. Staff moved us to another room and addressed the reported issues during our stay."

"Floor tiles in the shower were slippery when wet, my only suggestion would be for rough surface tiles to be used."

"The rooms are a bit small and getting old, we had issues with a door not closing or light switches working approximately. Also while the pool is lovely, it gets crowded to the point it could be difficult to have sunbeds. The food is fine but not excellent, given the price range there are other options on the island"
