Featuring a terrace with a hot tub and biosauna, the Alpotel Dolomiten is 500 metres from Lake Molveno and 4 km from the Paganella ski area. "Breakfast was good with nice variety to chose from. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and beds were comfortable. Dinner was good value at 25 Euros although menu very limited (although that does mean everything is fresh and freshly cooked)"
"It is positioned right on the hairpin of the main road into Molveno and the road is quite busy. Being on the hairpin means there is no side of the hotel or rooms where you are traffic free plus,, if you are on the end of the hotel you get the same traffic twice as it travels past the back of the hotel and then the front! There was double glazing but you still get a fair bit of traffic noise. Reception wasn't well manned and I had to wait quite a while for someone on at least 2 occasions. However, staff were helpful"

The walk to the lake was quick and easy, making the location perfect for exploring the area. What truly made our stay special was the staff, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was just outstanding: a rich selection of fresh, high-quality options to start the day right. The hotel also offers great facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
