Our bar tender/waiter was so welcoming and accommodating. So many hikes from this location - easy parking if you did bring a car."

"Absolutely stunning location—easily the best located hotel in the village. The building itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety: fresh pastries, cold cuts, eggs, and even lactose-free milk, which I really appreciated. There’s also a small spa with a sauna and jacuzzi—it looked lovely, even though we didn’t use it."

"Our room was under the roof, so half of it had a very low ceiling, which made the space feel cramped—especially in the bathroom. The bathtub was too small for an adult, and you couldn’t stand in it to shower. The toilet ventilation was incredibly loud, and only basic shower gel and soap were provided—no proper toiletries. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all, which really affected sleep quality."

"The location of the Sporthotel Europa Sul Lago is excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were pleasant. Unfortunately, it was very hot when we were there, and the hotel had no ceiling fans or air conditioning. The beds seemed to be small and were hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but not enough to return."

"Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the gondola, and the transportation to the ski lift is also provided. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, helpful, professional and warm."
