"I enjoyed everything about the place except for one staff member who I did not like. I think he worked at night, and another employee who worked during the day was very nice!"

"Lovely hotel right on Laugavegur, in the heart of the city. I got upgraded to a room overlooking the street and the tip of Hallgrimskirkja, which was very kind. The room was a great size, plenty of room for my things. Nice sized bathroom with all amenities needed."

"It's a shame there wasn't a small fridge in the room, that would be my only improvement"

"Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. Friendly and courteous staff, who even let us check in early which was much appreciated. Fairly basic but lovely clean rooms - exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a long weekend in Iceland."

"There was a little bit noise from the main street in the evening but it didn’t last long and wasn’t bad."
