"We were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The hotel was very conveniently located next to the mall. The staff were courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. I had initially assumed that breakfast was included in the booking, but upon checking, it wasn’t. When I considered canceling and rebooking to include breakfast, the staff kindly offered it to us complimentary, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated."
