The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

The TV was outdated and I could not connect my phone. For the price I would expect this as I have stayed in $10 Airbnbs which have this option

"The bed was quite comfortable. The location was excellent. Overall, it offered good value for money for basic necessities."

It would be appreciated if amenities such as a kettle could be provided.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"8.0 الفندق قريب من ميدان الجمهوريه نال الإعجاب · الافطار جيد لا يوجد احد يسوي البيض لكن الافطار منوع و لذيذ يحطون البيض الاوملت في جدر كبير و كلن يغرف احيانا يغيرون ما يسوون اوملت الفندق قريب جدا من ساحة الجمهوريه مجرد 3 الى 4 دقايق و هذي ميزه للفندق اللوبي مو واسع لا باس به مناسب لفندق 4 نجوم المطعم في الفندق جيد و يقدم مينيو منوع في الغداء و العشاء الغرفه العاديه مو واسعه حيل محدوده لكن مناسبه طاقم العمل كلهم ممتازين و خدومين و بشوشين ما فيه واحد حق الشناط اذا وصلت للفندق يشيل شناطك اما انت تاخذ شناطك للغرفه او الاستقبال يكلمون و يجيك واحد"

The room was small

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"
