"The hotel is near Main Street so easy walking distance to the shops and Casemates. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again."

"The continental breakfast was nice but a greater selection including cakes, biscuits and fruit would be good."

"Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, safe and has a bar, restaurant and really nice swimming pool all located in an annexe about 3 metres around corner from reception. Staff are polite, kind, professional and location is as near perfect as can be to the high street and main town area"

"The decor overall internally could do with a refresh, but please don't close the hotel down and sell it to developers. That is starting to happen elsewhere."

"There was a member of staff that stood out as well as all the others. His name was Sam and he helped me out above his duty. He is a credit to the Bristol hotel throughout. I must also appreciate the help that others have done and say that the atmosphere and comfort was another outstanding experience."
