"Steps-since we were on 3rd floor with the baby and lot of luggage. Only main bedroom has a terrace, so the first room is little bit darker since there is no window."

"We stayed in a bungalow and superior apartment. It was clean, with all the amenities. Close to the beach. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. We will definitely do it again. We had a great time!"

"We stayed in 1- bedroom bungalow for 8 nights and really enjoyed with two small children. I would recommend this bungalow to everyone who like to be close to the beach, restaurants and all facilities but in a very peaceful acommodation with beautiful garden."

"Villa Maria is a great place to stay in Sithonia. We stayed at Family studio with balcony, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family of three. The bathroom is clean and with hot water any time of the day. The beach is 2 minutes walking, is sandy with clear green, blue and dark blue waters. The village of Toroni is small but very charming. There are many taverns, bars and cafes. The owner owns the coffee restaurant Daluz which is on the beach and the food and drinks there are wonderful. There is a good supermarket, fish shop and butcher shop. I would be happy to recommend Villa Maria for those who want to enjoy the gorgeous sea in a beautiful location. And I want to thank Marios and his daughter and the employees there for the hospitality and care for the guests."

"We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The property is perfectly located just steps from the beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, beach bars, and shops. The room itself was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you’d need — including a kitchen with all the essentials and a large balcony featuring a dining area. Highly recommended!"

"Place was perfect for our short vacation. Bungalows have big garden which was great for our little dog. It is close to beach, but it is also in quiet street that you hear no noise in the evening. We liked everything and Villa Maria was even more than we expected."

"Close to shop and beach. Bungalow has air condition, coffee machine and microwave. Afternoon shadow, backyard for sport activities. Water in shower is always warm. Plenty of toiletries. Cleaning ladies come daily to take out the trash, change towers etc."
