"I was asked three times for my eta. I replied three times with the same time, and was only told on arrival that the property would not be ready for another 2.5 hours by which time I had made other plans to go out and meet people so I was a little put out to not have known this sooner as I had to take all my luggage with me. However they were accommodating when I returned to the flat several hours later."

"The apartment was very clean. The host left us with some coffee, tea, jam, milk and water plus a croissant each so that we could have some cups of coffee and tea during our stay. There were some nice touches like a pair of after shower slippers and a few toiletries. Some care and thought was given into making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The shower was lovely and hot too. JeanPaulo is a very friendly host and kept in constant communication before our arrival to ensure an easy check in. We did however park our car in the Santa Barbara airport parking in Spain and walked across to Gibraltar. The apartment is literally a 15 min walk from there. Parking is cheaper there than in Gibraltar. The place is pretty well located with only approximately a 15min walk to Main Street plus there are other places close by to eat. The bus stop was also near to the apartment too."
