"الفندق نظيف موقعه جميل الاستقبال كان ممتازا يوجد شطاف في الحمامات الغرف واسعة .أعجبني المكان جدا هادئ جدا في المرة القادمة لزيارتي لبرجومي سوف اسكن في نفس الفندق"

"نتمنى لن تكون هناك مناديل داخل الغرف وسلة مهملات داخل الغرف لأنها فقط في الحمام"

"حقا . ان هذا البلد جميل جدا ولاكن على شعبه ان يتعلم لغة الابتسامة فهذه اللغه اللوحيدة للمحبة . اسحاب هذا الفندق كانهم الجنه اللتي في وسط الجحيم من حيث الادب والاخلاق والابتسامه أشكر الموظفين جميعا على حسن الاستقبال اتمنى من كل قلبي أن يتغير الباقون ويصبحون مثل اصحاب هذا الفندق شكرا جزيلا اوصي الجميع بالسكن عندهم كل شيئ جميل حقا ونظيف"

"The front desk staff were very kind, patient, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a stunning view of the area truly relaxing. However, breakfast was a bit limited and not very satisfying, and there’s only one restaurant nearby, which makes dining options somewhat restricted."

"Big Rooms, nice view from the room, clean property. Borjomi Central Park is approx. 2-3 Kms. Value for money."

"Breakfast needs improvement, must add fruits, corn flakes and full fat milk and more options. No Elevator. Reception at first floor, few rooms in second floor. Luckily we go a room in the first floor."

"Great hotel with really big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and an amazing view from the windows. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. We took a jeep tour with gorgi in the mountains which was excellent. All in all, very good hotel."

"Giorgi and Anna, our hosts at Natali Hotel, are super kind and warm and friendly. They took extra effort to make sure we felt welcome and at home. Super exciting Jeep trip with Giorgi was also exquisite! The tooms are spacious and super clean, staff are so nice. I extended my stay an extra week because I loved this place! Highly recommended!"

"Everything is great about this hotel, the location, the staff, the rooms and particularly the FOOD. Some of the best views I’ve ever seen and for sure the best quality of air too, the location takes the hotel to another level. As for the rooms and staff everything was perfect, staff was so nice to us we went to a tour in the mountains that was breathtaking. The rooms are clean, the views are great and the bed is very comfortable. The FOOD is amazing, some of the best Georgian food I had in Georgia !"
