"I'm always choosing this hotel. - very friendly and helpful staff and a hotel manager - nice park view - perfect location - very tasty and nice restaurant - parking slots close by or even near to the reception"

"- breakfast starts a little bit later as in Europe and it could be complicated. However for georgian hotels it's normal - service in the restaurant could be better- some waitress could be more attentive"

"Very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was impeccably clean everywhere. The room was huge and well supplied. The location was also ideal, close to shopping and the centre of the town as well as tourist venues such as the Dadiani Palace and Botanical garden."
