Superbe studio cosy

"We liked the central location in Avallon and the stylish decor. We really appreciated having a balcony. (The property has a door code for the building and the flat has keys in a key box. This is not an option on the survey bonus question about access to the property.)"

"C'était bien, la maison très calme, bien dormi."

"Great property- close to Disney but also not far on the train into Paris too. Well equipped to cook and also a washing machine if you need. We loved the little pool too to cool off. Place for parking the car too. Good value for money."

"Catherine is a wonderful host, speaks English perfectly and is very easy to reach. The studio is small but very convenient and well equipped. Central but very quiet, perfect combination."

"Gite petit mais bien agencé. La terrasse avec piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci"

"Beautiful location, superb tent, cool people and vibe and the mattress and pillow were very comfortable. Plus great surfing spot!"

"The house was in an excellent location, a short walk away from the beach and the village. The supermarket was also just a walk away. The house was very clean, comfortable and stylish. Very well planned with everything we needed. Our host Noémie was always quick to respond to any questions we had."

"Locality to the lakes and beautiful area, the night sky was amazing."
