"We liked the central location in Avallon and the stylish decor. We really appreciated having a balcony. (The property has a door code for the building and the flat has keys in a key box. This is not an option on the survey bonus question about access to the property.)"

"There is a restaurant with outside tables very close to the property so some noise until fairly late in the evening. It didn't spoil our stay but it was September so there weren't many people sitting outside."

Commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied, parking pratique. Logement idéalement situé pour des visites de la région. Enfin, la propriétaire se rend réactive et disponible si besoin! Great stay! "Stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr komfortables Bad (begehbare Regendusche), zentrale Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (wobei es tagabhängig zu Straßensperrungen kommt), Lärm absorbierende Fenster, gute Internetverbindung, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe."

"Gegenüber befindet sich ein Restaurant mit einer Bar, die fast täglich bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet hat (teilweise mit Livemusik) - dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche stilvoll aber übersichtlich (eine kleine Pfanne, ein Topf und Geschirr, das nicht Mikrowellengeeignet ist (es gab keinen Herd). Die Messer waren leider alle unscharf, es gab keinen Korkenzieher, der Spüllappen und -schwamm waren gebraucht. Außerdem gab es für eine Woche Mietdauer nur eine Rolle WC-Papier. Unter den Dachschrägen wird es schnell heiß (Ventilator stand allerdings zur Verfügung)."
