"L emplacement calme et très proche du centre ville à pied, des bords du lac. Une superbe piscine municipale à 2 pas de l appartement ainsi qu'un boulodrome et pleins d activités à découvrir côté lac leman et côté montagnes. L appartement était confortable et conforme aux descriptions"

"L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé la climatisation n'est pas bruyante, le logement est équipé d'un vrai four, d'un Lave linge et d'un grand frigo pour une famille de 6 c'était parfait..."

"Beautiful house situated at a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Normandy. 2 large balconies with seaview! Close to several nice small villages with restaurants and shops. Nicely furnished and superclean when we arrived."

"Pascale's place is absolutely lovely. It's got a lovely energy, it's vwry well designed, and super-clean. Lots of personal touches and Pascal is a friendly, lovely host, ready with advice and reccomendations. The building is full of character and feels lived in, which is great.The area is beautiful. Easy connections along the coast."

"This place far exceeded our expectations! Really conveniently located, great to see both sides of the Volcanoes natural park. The room was really clean, pretty and cosy, with some well thought and appreciated additions, like free cocoa <3 I LOVED the shower! Both the inlcuded breakfast and the dinner we ordered were super tasty, served beautifully and in large portions, and with great vegetarian options! Last but not least, the owners are super kind, very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Thank you!!"

"Very nice appartment for two people. On the hill. Excellent view from a big tarrace, super location (not in the city center but with excellent public transportation), very friendly and helpful owner. A supermarket nearby."

"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"
