"This place far exceeded our expectations! Really conveniently located, great to see both sides of the Volcanoes natural park. The room was really clean, pretty and cosy, with some well thought and appreciated additions, like free cocoa <3 I LOVED the shower! Both the inlcuded breakfast and the dinner we ordered were super tasty, served beautifully and in large portions, and with great vegetarian options! Last but not least, the owners are super kind, very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Thank you!!"

"Alles was perfect."

"Clean and bright, with large spaces. It’s well equipped, with oven, dish washer, smart TV, and laundry machine…etc and everything is new. Great location, close to both the train station and it’s in the city center. It is a sofa bed but comfortable one."
"Excellent arrangement from management, very nice place to stay with children. Feel like you are at home."
"The apartment was cleverly laid out to optimize the use ale space. Not large, but it did not feel cramped. The bed was good, and so were the bathroom facilities. Lots of parking space right next to it, and the historic center of Bergerac at a few minutes walking distance. Good wifi and a good tv. The surrounding area is not very noisy, very little heavy traffic passing by, and the apartment is very well soundproofed with all the windows closed."
"Very nice appartment for two people. On the hill. Excellent view from a big tarrace, super location (not in the city center but with excellent public transportation), very friendly and helpful owner. A supermarket nearby."

"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"
