"I received notice from the hotel that check-in would only be at 4pm, but that I was welcome to wait in their lounge. That was greatly appreciated. The lounge was ver comfortable, and a very nice staff member actually checked me in at 3pm. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean."

"A group of 6 of us stayed for skiing in 2x triple rooms. The hotel is in one of the best locations for skiing - a short 100m walk from the hotel to the main gondolas. Ski room with good boot dryers. Breakfast was fabulous with lots and lots of choice and fresh every morning. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and made each day, bins emptied/cleaned etc. Shower was strong with plenty of hot water. Others mention noise from a club close by, we didn't experience any disturbance, if you wake up in the night you can hear it, but its not loud."
