"Le Loft is gelegen in het hart van Avallon. Restaurantjes zijn op korte loopafstand. Ondanks dat is het zeer rustig (geen geluidsoverlast). Parkeren kan op straat en is gratis. Le loft is zeer ruim. De ruimte is voorzien van een eigen wasmachine en Nespresso apparaat."

The hosts are friendly and explain all you need to know, the apartment is spacious and light plus it has splendid views on the towns' main square -> watch live pétanque competitions! It is situated on the highest, 3rd, floor in the far right corner. So a quiet place. Also, the apartment is fully equiped and sort of brand new. The neighbour is a fine patisserie where you can have breakfast, lunch and ice creams."
