"الفندق نظيف إلا ان غرفتنا لم يتم تغيير شراشف السرير مدة إقامتنا كاملة ( خمس ليال) وهذا شيء يجب إعادة النظر فيه .كما أننا طلبنا غرفة بسرير مزدوج غير انه لم يكن مريحًا البتة لأنه كان عبارة عن سريرين منفصلين ويصدر صوتاً عند كل حركة بسيطة وبوجود طفل كان الأمر مزعجا بعض الشيء"

"The breakfast was extremely varied. It was also constantly being topped up by the extremely attentive staff so everything was fresh. The room and linens were very clean. All the staff were friendly and approachable. We felt very secure and safe in the room, the building and the area. The hotel was very close to the metro and the tram that could take us into the Old Town and out to the O2 arena. We were given free drink vouchers and free bottles of water on check out, both of which were welcome surprises. There was tea and coffee making facilities. Although we didn't drink it, the complimentary wine was also a nice touch. Overall, we were impressed"
