"The house is very clean, vary comfort and value for money. All are included like, washing machine, hair dryer, water heater, air condition for living room and bad room and many more. Same as declare as advertised."

All ok. Will repeat in the next journay.

"The host was lovely, shared a pdf file with all details regarding amenities and property, which was very useful. The property was very spacious, it was just the two of us, but we had two bedrooms and additional bed in living room so probably great for families. Spacious bathroom and living room area. Wonderful amenities with the rooftop pool and another pool on the lower floor. We were very lucky to get the room with the view on the Petronas Twin Towers and city skyline which was absolutely fabulous."

Initial location coordinates/ location took us to the wrong place and we ended up walking back and forth until we finally found the relevant building. I guess it might happen with a lot of buildings around but in the end we managed to communicate with the host to get the right navigation.

"It is indeed a nice stay for our family trip to Lost World of Tambun. The access to lake from the yard outside the living room is also an added point. Toiletries are provided. The staff responded to our queries quickly on Booking.ckm platform through whatapps. The refund of Deposit was done within 2 days."

The only drawback was the hairdryer, iron, ironing board and cookingware were not provided per the initial facilities listing. When we realised about no hairdryer towards midnight of first night and checked with the owner, the owner got us a hairdryer on the next day.

"It was a pleasant and polite host. Communication was smooth and he was respectful during my stay. Highly recommended for all. Thank you"
