"Great to have breakfast on the terrace outside the room. Service is great and Faustine was super helpful. Great location at the Lakeside."

"Most rooms have Lake View, mine did not - make sure you check if that is an important consideration for you. I should have requested that specifically. My fault not the hotels."

"Lovely staff and service. Simple but perfect room for the 3 of us"

"The location and the views of the lake are spectacular. Most likely the best lodge on the lake Kivu shore."

"The design of the place, the parking, the room. The view from the room, the breakfast. And mostly the kindness, concern and friendliness of the staff."

"Two mosquitoes bothering me. I killed them :)"

"It's an astonishing place. Not seen anything like it in Rwanda or indeed in any other place. Real Disney style Castle. The location is amazing, though the fact you access it via a gravel road is a little odd. But it certainly has a big wow factor."

"The choice of carpet is terrible, but once you get over that its a fun place to stay."

"Our family had a lovely stay at this charming boutique hotel. It’s simple and not flashy, but very comfortable and welcoming. Exactly what we were looking for. The room was clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The real highlight is the breathtaking lake view. Waking up to that peaceful scenery each morning truly made the whole experience memorable. If you appreciate a calm atmosphere, friendly service, and natural beauty over luxury extras, this place is a wonderful choice. We’d happily come back."

"Couldn't stay longer"
