"It is very centrally located near the main square and within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. But it is the owner and her son who make the place so special - they treat you like family, are so welcoming and go out of their way to help you in any way during your stay. It was our second visit and I would recommend it to anyone who comes to Barranca. The big attractions in Barranca are Caral and Hotel Los Angeles!"

"the traffic noise is non-stop until 11pm due to the location. At 1am an especially loud sound perhaps from a huge vehicle reaching the top of the hill just below my window killed my sleep for rest of the night. Also, no aircon, and windows cannot screen off traffic noise much"
