"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."

It would have been helpful to understand when booking, that there was a managing agent on site who would arrange / allocate things. I thought I had booked a specific chalet, not that I had to visit a reception to be allocated a chalet. That would have been helpful when booking transfers etc. Also that there was a barrier that needed a code. Some of our party that had a taxi were almost left at the barrier with all their luggage, which would then have to be carried up the hill to the chalet. Could the code be sent before arrival?

لا أعرف ها مشكل في التدفئة كان مجرد حالة فردية فقط أم لا .. التدفئة كانت تعمل بشكل جيد بعد ساعة انقطعت ومرت ليلة باردة جدا..

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gab, das keine Handtücher vorhanden waren. Es gab kein Hinweis das diese nicht mit inbegriffen ist bzw diese gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sind. Leider war es auch etwas staubig und einiges an vorhandene Geschirr sehr klebrig. Dafür gibt's es aber Hände was somit schnell behoben werden könnte. Das ist aber Kritisieren auf hohem Niveau......Wie gesagt es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Dennoch würde diese Unterkunft jeden empfehlen.👍🙂

ركن الاطفال يحتاج الى صيانه وتجديد والشبكه ضعيفه جدا جدا في فيلا رقم 1 حيث واجهتنا مشكله وضعف في الاتصال مع الشبكه وجهاز التلفاز يفتقر الى برامج الافلام عكس فيلا رقم 2 كانت الشبكه جيده نوعا ما وكان التلفاز يحتوي على برامج افلام للمشاهده

"El alojamiento brinda todas las condiciones necesarias, además de estar equipada con refrigeradora, cocina y utensilios para su uso, también cuenta con buena climatización . Y la vista hacia el mar es increíble."

Me gustaría que hubiera cámara de seguridad en la parte de afuera, que es donde quedan los vehículos.

The staff was not to helpful when getting us a bajaji or boda. The restaurant food was amazing, even though paying additional 2$ for eggs for breakfast is way to overpriced compared with what you get at other hotels.

"We loved this place - set out in the middle of the rain forest with little other than toucans, howler monkeys, bats and agouti for company. I admit that if you are looking for a bland, all inclusive resort - La Ceiba may not be for you. But if you you want to sleep in the rainforest then this place is beyond perfect. There's a decent track about 400m long from where you park to the accommodation. It is lit at night - watch out for snakes and you'll definitely see frogs."

Just a suggestion - you should promote the work of the Jaguar Rescue Center more. We stayed here partly because the money is used to help wildlife - but many people may not make that connection and so may not go and visit the JRC

"Brilliant location, peaceful and quiet. Views were lovely. Cabin was cosy and warm. Everything that we needed was there. It was spacious and the kids had a brilliant time. Alan was a great host and very accommodating."

"المكان جميل على الجبل وبعض الغرف تطل على نهر قريب.. والغرفه جميله"

لايوجد سوبر ماركت قريب.. يجب ان تحضر احتياجاتك الغدائيه معك.. والغرفه لا تحوي فرن ولكن فيه طباخ كهربائي يفي بالغرض.. والمكرويف في الخارج ولكن ممكن استخدامه.. ويوجد مكان خارجي مجهز للشواء بادواته. بسعر اضافي.. لايوجد شطاف بدورات المياه

"Close proximity to the stadium, town centre and main attractions, friendly neighbourhood"

I was not impressed with the fact that I was asked to pay additional fees charged by the host on checking my booking these fees were not added to my original booking at the time of booking the property. The host explained that these are the fees chargred by booking.com to her which I suspect is passed on.

"Really comfy, tidy, well equipped place. The hosts were very friendly, they even contacted us with a neighbor of them who gave us a (paid) tour to different destinations. The supermarket around the corner was very handy, it helped us reducing costs during the trip. On the other hand, we used public transportation, but I would suggest to rent a car if you are a group of 3 or 4. We had a really good stay, so we highly recommend Casa Chiquito :)"

Nothing, everything was fine. Just for the sake of continuous improvement, it’d be good if the draining of the shower could be improved but I can imagine it is significant work (it is certainly not critical at all, though).

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

"Loved the cabin! So calm and relaxing. The cabin itself was so rustic, everything you need is there. The beds were so nice and comfortable, they had working netflix so on the cold rainy nights you can simply cuddle and watch some TV. The breakfast was amazing! Lovely lady gave it to us to our cabin in the morning and it was wrapped so nicely in a proper picnic basket! And the range was amazing, even better than hotel buffets. The staff were friendly! The area is very quiet with a short drive to many hiking spots but that's what we were looking for. Loved every second. Thanks again!"

"The location..wow..you have to see it yourself.. Super helpful host, Marijana is so helpful and she make sure we didnt need anything. The weather was getting cold, so she gave us an umbrella, a clean jacket and made sure the temp was set properly. The house is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably. Most importantly, it is Super clean and organized Zlatibor centre is 20 mins away by car. Note: Please note this property is not suitable for small children or elderly due to steepy stair and structure. المكان رائع ونظيف مناسب للازواج والاصدقاء، لكن ليس للاطفال وكبار السن. المضيفه طيبه وتحب المساعده..المكان خيالي.."
